  • Content Definition: All materials, discussions, recommendations, and analytical frameworks provided during consultation sessions and through our client dashboard

  • Sharing login credentials or allowing unauthorized access to your consultation dashboard and resources

Intellectual Property Rights and Ownership

All consultation methodologies, analytical frameworks, proprietary tools, and content remain the exclusive property of Miravexilion. Clients receive limited usage rights for personal financial planning purposes only, without transfer or commercial usage permissions.

Privacy and Data Protection Standards

Client information handling is governed by our comprehensive Privacy Policy, which complies with Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and international privacy standards. Consultation discussions remain confidential subject to legal disclosure requirements.

Consultation services are provided on an analytical basis without warranties regarding specific outcomes or results. Market conditions and personal circumstances may affect the relevance of discussions.

Liability Limitation and Financial Responsibility

Miravexilion's liability is limited to the total subscription fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We accept no responsibility for financial losses arising from client decisions made subsequent to consultation discussions, except where such losses result directly from our negligence.

Client Indemnification Agreement

Clients agree to indemnify Miravexilion against any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from their use of consultation insights, implementation of discussed strategies, or violation of these terms and conditions.

Subscription Termination and Service Discontinuation

Either party may terminate the consultation subscription under the following circumstances:

  • Client may cancel subscription with 30 days written notice, with no refund for partial months
  • Miravexilion may terminate service for non-payment, terms violation, or inappropriate conduct during consultations
  • Either party may terminate immediately for material breach of confidentiality or professional conduct standards

Alternative Dispute Resolution

We encourage direct communication to resolve any concerns about our consultation service. For formal disputes, Malaysian law provides several resolution mechanisms.

Disputes may be resolved through voluntary mediation or arbitration under Malaysian Arbitration Act 2005, providing faster and more cost-effective resolution than traditional litigation.
